RALLY worked with the Annie E. Casey Foundation to craft organization-wide messaging and assets to articulate the impact of one of their signature programs: the Jim Casey Youth Opportunities Initiative.

As the account lead, I oversaw the research, strategy, and creative development of the materials. Starting with the story of the initiative’s namesake, Jim Casey, and the origins of the Annie E. Casey foundation, we created a new story and narrative that speaks to the importance of supporting foster youth as they transition from foster care into adulthood.

We collaborated with Annie E. Casey Foundation to establish core values, reviewed all program messaging to clearly distinguish the Jim Casey Initiative from other core programs, and provided equitable communications guidance. We then pulled all of the refreshed messaging together into a robust site partner toolkit and brochure that illustrates the program’s impact to be used across sites where the JCYOI is active.
